Call center staff will take inbound calls related to all aspects of season tickets for Broadway, Bryan Series and various other ticketed events.  Staff will assist patrons with general questions, ticket sales and ticket exchanges of various events and items such as parking as well as resolution for various situations.  At times, outbound calls may be required as part of renewal campaigns, etc.  This position also involves communication through email at times.  Guidance of customers through the Account Manager Website and mobile ticketing applications is also required.  This position requires the use of Archtics Software and multi-line phone system.

Work Schedule: Position is part-time with most work occurring in the daytime, evenings, week-ends and holidays.  Work schedule is determined based on the volume of events.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to navigate Computer Software
  • Valid Driver’s License

Salary: $15.00/hr.
