The Greensboro Symphony Youth Orchestra (GSYO), provides a professionally-led environment for young musicians to study, prepare, and perform music. Safe, socially-distanced rehearsals began earlier this fall, and now GSYO members are ready to perform! Tune in on November 22, 2020 as the GSYO streams three performances live from the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts via the GSYO’s YouTube channel! The Youth Orchestra’s 6:00 pm stream will also be simulcast in LeBauer Park in downtown Greensboro!

Composed of many of the Triad’s best and brightest young musicians, the GSYO provides unparalleled orchestral opportunities and lifelong friendships. The GSYO includes three ensembles: the Youth Orchestra, the Youth Philharmonic, and the Youth Strings. Full descriptions of the ensembles are available at www.GSYO.org.
