How do I renew?

The easiest way to renew your seats for the 23-24 season is in Account Manager.

How can I change my seat location?

You must renew your current subscrpition in order to be eligible to change your seats. In the coming months, we will be sending an email concerning the "upgrade period" and this will be your opportunity to change your seat location and/or performance. 

Please be no the lookout for inormatoin on this in the coming months. You will be placed into an upgrade window based on when you renewed your tickets. We will email you the date and time that your window opens.

How do I reduce the number of seats I want to renew?

Please email CustomerCare@TangerCenter.com to reduce the number of seats on your plan prior to paying your invoice.

How do I split my account that I currently share with a friend?

Please email CustmerCare@TangerCenter.com to split your account prior to paying your renewal invoice.  We will need to know the name, address, phone number, and email address of the person that you are wanting to split your account with in the email you send us. Reminder: the renewal deadline is April 28 at 3 p.m. ET.

How can I add seats to my subscription?

Currently, you can only renew your current seats. New seats will be available for purchase in the coming months and you are welcome to add on to your seats at that time. Please note, depending on availability, you may not be able to find seats directly adjacent to your own.

When and how can I add VIP Parking?

During your renewal process, you will also see VIP Parking available for add-ons.You can do this in Account Manager as you renew your Bryan Series Subscription.

What if there is a speaker I don't want to see as part of this season?

The Bryan Series does not offer flexible season plans. As a subscriber, you are renewing for all seven Bryan Series engagements. 

What if I miss my deadline for renewals?

The renewal deadline is April 28 at 3 p.m. ET. If you miss your deadline, you will have to purchase as a new subscriber when those seats go on sale later this summer.

Will my tickets be mailed?

Yes, your tickets will be mailed approximately one month prior to the first Bryan Series event. We strongly encourage you to keep track of your dates in Account Manager. We also encourage you to check out the benefits and ease of mobile ticketing by visiting TangerCenter.com/MemberMobile.

Can I renew my seats at the box office?

Yes, if you come to the Tanger Center box office, we can help you through the renewal process.

Can I renew my subscription by mail?

We are no longer accepting mail-in renewals. You can renew your subscription online through Account Manager or by calling Customer Care.

Inclement Weather

Performances at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts will plan to go on as scheduled. If weather conditions prevent you from attending your scheduled performance, the Tanger Center staff will try our best to assist you. However, please note that availability for exchanges may be limited and all Tanger Center sales are final. Please note that Tanger Center weighs the safety of our audiences, staff and performers greatly into any decisions made regarding performance schedule changes.
