Do I have to buy for all the Broadway season shows or do I get to pick which shows I want on my package?

As a Broadway Season Seat Member, you are subscribing to all seven shows on the Broadway season. Please note that this is not connected to concerts, Greensboro Opera, Greensboro Symphony Orchestra or the Guilford College Bryan Series.

How can I make exchanges or add-ons for my season tickets?

Add-ons and Exchanges are available via Account Manager.

Season Seat Members are able to exchange performances in the same show’s run with no fee. We recommend exchanging as early as possible for best seating options. Exchanges must be complete by 5 p.m. on the Sunday prior to the show opening. Account Manager and the call center will be unable to accommodate exchanges made
after this deadline. Please note that seating options for exchange can be limited and if changing into a higher priced performance or seating location, a price difference may apply. Season Seat Members may also be required to pay a higher price for exchanges as some shows change prices as inventory becomes more limited.

For adding seats for individual shows to your season tickets, be aware that seating may be limited and you likely will not find seats available next to your season seats. Please note that tickets added to your season account are subject to convenience fees.

Should you not want to make an exchange and wish to re-sell tickets to one of your shows, visit Account Manager. See this guide for help on posting your ticket listing. Should you want to cancel your ticket listing, visit the Ticket Exchange and use this guide for help.

Note on your ticket booklet: tickets exchanged after July 31, 2022 have not been included at the time of printing. Any tickets exchanged after this date should be managed digitally. Please note that if you exchange tickets for a performance, your original tickets will no longer be valid.

Should I choose a payment plan, when do my payments start?

Payments start at the time that you purchase your subscription, and you will be automatically charged on the 9th of each month for your installments. Please allow the system make its automatic charges rather than making payments early or out of order. Note that all payment plans must be paid in full by December 31, 2022.

Will my season tickets be mailed?

Season ticket booklets will be mailed in fall 2022, approximately one month prior to the season beginning. We strongly encourage you to keep track of your dates in Account Manager. We also encourage you to check out the benefits and ease of mobile ticketing by visiting our Member Mobile page.

When and how can I add VIP Parking or the Prelude Reception Experience?

These may be purchased in Account Manager.

Content Advisory

Some shows do not appeal to every guest or every age. The 2022-23 Broadway season will offer a varied range of entertainment that could include sudden loud sounds, strobes/flashing lights, adult language, adult situations, or fog and haze. Season Seat Members are responsible for making an informed purchasing decision on show content. Each Broadway show has its own web site that describes content and age recommendations. Each patron must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Inclement Weather

Performances at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts will plan to go on as scheduled. If weather conditions prevent you from attending your scheduled performance, the Tanger Center staff will try our best to assist you. However, please note that availability for exchanges may be limited and all Tanger Center sales are final. Please note that Tanger Center weighs the safety of our audiences, staff and performers greatly into any decisions made regarding performance schedule changes.
