We are excited to welcome you to our "Simply the Best" Season! Below you'll find our most Frequently Asked Questions concerning Season Seat Memberships. For more information, click here.

How do I renew?

The easiest way to renew your seats for the 23-24 season is in Account Manager.

Use this Account Manager Guide for renewing your seats.

How can I change my season seat location and/or performance that I attend?

You must renew your current season seats to be eligible to change your seats or performance.  In the coming months, we will be sending an email concerning the “upgrade period” and this will be your opportunity to change your seat location and/or performance.

Please be on the lookout for information on this in the coming months.  You will be placed into an upgrade window based on when you renewed your tickets.  We will email you the date and time that your window opens.

How do I reduce the number of seats I want to renew?

Please email to reduce the number of seats on your plan prior to paying your invoice.

How do I split my account that I currently share with a friend?

Please email to split your account prior to paying your renewal invoice.  We will need to know the name, address, phone number, and email address of the person that you are wanting to split your account with in the email you send us. Reminder: the renewal deadline is April 17 at 3 p.m. ET.

During the renewal process there will be an Add-On option for DIGITAL TICKETS ONLY.  If you add this item during your renewal, we will not mail you physical tickets.

How can I add seats to my subscription?

Currently, you can only renew your current seats.  New season seats will be available for purchase in the coming months and you are welcome to add on to your seats at that time.  Please note that with the number of subscribers in our season, you likely won’t find seats directly adjacent to your own.

When and how can I add VIP parking or the Prelude Dining Experience?

During your renewal process, you will also see VIP Parking and Prelude Dining Experience available for add-ons.  You can do this in Account Manager as you renew your Broadway season seats.

We remind you that President’s Club includes VIP Parking.

What are my parking options for the season?

Check out our parking page here.

  • For each of your Broadway season shows, Season Seat Members will have a parking pass good for parking decks near the Tanger Center, in either the Bellemeade or Church Street decks.
  • VIP parking is available as an add on during your invoice renewal process.  This is $175 for the whole season (plus taxes/fees).  VIP parking is the on-site surface parking lot located directly adjacent to Tanger Center and is the closest parking to the venue.
  • You can purchase VIP parking for select shows once the individual shows go on public sale if you don’t want to purchase for the whole season.
  • Please note: space is available on a first-come, first serve basis; only good for the Broadway show noted on your voucher.

What are my dining options for the season?

Click here for information on our Prelude Dining Experience.

  • During your checkout process in Account Manager, you will have the option to purchase the Prelude Dining Experience for the night of your show performances.
  • Please note that the Prelude Dining Experience is not available for matinee performances.
  • The Prelude Dining Experience includes the following:
    • Enjoy interactive food stations and the inclusion of wine before your show in the Koury Grandview Room on the 3rd floor.
    • This is $50 per ticket per show plus applicable fees.
    • There is no price difference for children.
    • Prelude Dining Experience opens an hour and a half prior to show time.

Can I purchase the Prelude Dining Experience for all shows in my season?

There is is not a ‘season’ for Prelude Dining like there is for parking, but you are able to select prelude for each show, should you choose. We remind you that Prelude Dining is not currently available on matinee performances.

Can I get a refund for my season seats after I renew my tickets?

At this time, we are not offering refunds for our season tickets or individual shows.

Are there any extra shows for the season that we can add on?

My Fair Lady and Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas are currently available to subscribers who have renewed for the new season. Please follow us on social media and stay tuned to, as well as be on the lookout in your email, for any new show announcements.

What if there is a show that I don’t want to see as part of the season?

We do not offer flexible season plans.  As a Season Seat Member, you are renewing for all 7 Broadway season shows.

When the option becomes available, you would want to use the resell option in your Account Manager account to properly sell your tickets or you could transfer unwanted tickets to a friend.

What if I miss my deadline for renewals?

The renewal deadline is April 17 at 3 p.m. ET.  If you miss your deadline, you will have to purchase as a new season seat member when those seats go on sale later this summer.

Should I choose a payment plan, when do payments start?

Payments start at the time you pay your renewal invoice.  The first payment will be charged when you login to renew and you will be automatically billed on the 11th of each month.

Please do not make additional payments through Account Manager, as this will not prevent the automatic draft.

Will my season tickets be mailed?

Ticket booklets will be mailed approximately one month prior to the season beginning.  We strongly encourage you to keep track of your dates in Account Manager.  We also encourage you to check out the benefits and ease of mobile ticketing by visiting

What if I need to exchange single show tickets?

Exchanges and add-ons for individual shows will become available later this summer for SSMs.  You can make these changes until the Friday prior to the opening of each show at 5 p.m. ET.

Can I renew my seats at the box office?

Yes, if a subscriber comes to the Tanger Center box office, we will help them through the process.

Can I renew my seats with a gift card?

Subscribers are unable to use a gift card when paying through Account Manager but can use a gift card if renewing in person at the Tanger Box Office.

Content Advisory

Some shows do not appeal to every guest or every age. The Broadway season will offer a varied range of entertainment that could include sudden loud sounds, strobes/flashing lights, adult language, adult situations, or fog and haze. Patrons are responsible for making an informed purchasing decision on show content. Each Broadway show has its own web site that describes content and age recommendations. Each patron must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Inclement Weather

Performances at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts will plan to go on as scheduled. If weather conditions prevent you from attending your scheduled performance, the Tanger Center staff will try our best to assist you. However, please note that availability for exchanges may be limited and all Tanger Center sales are final. Please note that Tanger Center weighs the safety of our audiences, staff and performers greatly into any decisions made regarding performance schedule changes.
