We are excited to welcome you to our inaugural 2020-21 Broadway Season! As you explore becoming a Season Seat Member, you may have questions. Below you'll find our most Frequently Asked Questions about becoming a Season Seat Member.

The public on-sale for Broadway subscriptions is Monday, June 3 at 10 a.m.

If you are a qualifying Tanger Center donor or have made a deposit for a Broadway subscription, you will receive an e-mail with your priority purchasing window ahead of the general public.

When is the first priority purchasing window to convert from deposits to season seats? Mine seems late.

Please note that qualifying donors receive priority purchasing windows for purchasing Broadway season seats. The first window for those who made deposits is on Monday, April 22.

If I made a deposit, does my $100 per ticket apply to my overall package price?

Yes, your $100 deposit per ticket applies to the overall package price of the subscription you choose for the inaugural 20-21 season.

Do I have to buy for all six Broadway shows or do I get to pick and choose which shows I want on my package?

As a Season Seat Member, you are subscribing to all six shows that are on the Broadway season. Please note this is not connected to concerts, Greensboro Opera, Greensboro Symphony or the Guilford College Bryan Series.

If I wish to sit with a group of friends, do we have to buy together?

Yes, it will be easier for you to buy your seats together on one account if your group of friends wishes to sit together in the inaugural season.

Can I buy several deposits/subscriptions and place them across different seating levels and performances?

  • If you are applying your Broadway deposit(s), you will need to apply them toward the same performance. Should you need to split these, you will need to phone us at 336.373.7575.
  • After the June 3 public on-sale date, you will be able to purchase new subscriptions across multiple performance dates.

Will you have accessibility options at Tanger Center?

Yes, Tanger Center will be a fully accessible performance venue with options for parking, seating, restrooms and we will have provisions for American Sign Language and Assistive Listening Devices. Service animals are welcome. Please contact us to make arrangements for Sign Language needs at least two weeks prior to you scheduled performance. How do I make exchanges?

You will receive an e-mail in the months prior to our first show in the spring of 2020 that will direct you on how to make exchanges. We recommend exchanging as early as possible for best seating options and you must make this request at least three business days prior to your scheduled performance. Please note if you are exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, a price difference may apply.

Where can I park?

As a Season Seat Member, you will have parking in one of three downtown parking decks. Visit our Parking page for more detailed information. If you would like to purchase VIP parking in the lot adjacent to Tanger Center for the season, you may do so during your assigned priority window in Account Manager.

Should I choose to do a payment plan, when do my payments start?

Payments start at the time you purchase your subscription(s), and the first payment will happen when you select your seats.

When will my tickets be mailed?

Season ticket packages will be mailed in April 2020.

Will I be able to manage my tickets online?

Yes, you will be able to manage your season seats in Account Manager after tickets are mailed in April 2020.

When can I add on to my season seats?

Add-ons for individual shows will happen at the time of exchanges in the coming months. This will be before each show's individual ticket on-sale to the public. Be on the lookout in your e-mail for further instruction on this process.

My friend and I purchased deposits at different times. Can we buy together?

The window to combine deposits and/or accounts is currently closed and all depositors must purchase from their assigned priority window at this time.

I want to buy more memberships than I bought deposits for. What do I do?

Additional deposits are subject to availability and may be purchased on your Account Manager. Please note that the added deposits will receive a separate priority purchasing window that will start at a later designated time than the original deposit purchasing window for converting to season seats.

Season Seat Members may also be able to add on additional seats at a later time that is to be determined. 

Will your season of shows overlap with other venues that are near the Triad?

The Tanger Center is committed to bringing the top touring Broadway productions to the Triad on an annual basis. These touring productions may or may not be performing at other cities in North Carolina during the same seasons. The number if shows, if any, that are scheduled to perform in multiple North Carolina markets may vary each season.
